Organized by the Group Take 5, the work brings together the experienced perspective of professionals and scholars from different areas, such as HR, Marketing, Communication and Technology.

With the aim of recording important movements and trends in learning through companies, together, the 22 articles make up an overview of the Origin, Present and Future of the market.

Each article leads the reader to reflect from the point of view and experiences of those who were pioneers, those who are currently standing out with successful initiatives, and those who are looking to what lies ahead.

Twenty-four professionals who stand out in their fields contributed to this project. They are competent and talented people who agreed to share their opinions, knowledge and experiences in a very honest way.

We officially launched the book “Building Knowledge: Paths of Corporate Education in Brazil” with a special cocktail party at Livraria da Vila, in São Paulo.

These were moments of exchange, recognition, and much inspiration alongside the 24 guest authors who helped bring to life this project, so significant for the world of learning in the corporate environment.

Alceu Costa Junior

CEO and Founder of the Group Take 5, graduated in Advertising and Marketing and post-graduated in International Marketing from FGV. He founded the Group Take 5 in 1995 and since then has accumulated cases in the areas of video and training, reaching thousands of employees in Brazil, Latin America, the USA and Canada, from companies such as Samsung, Electrolux, Intel, Tigre, Globo and Grupo Boticário.

Luciano Valenca

He was a partner, co-founder of the online business division and CTO of the Group Take 5, being responsible for the company's first development team. He helped conceptualize and was responsible for the design of the LMS platform and other solutions. He currently founded and runs ClickDocs, reliable legal documents in minutes.

Fabio Leite Gastal

Graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Pelotas (1984), Fábio Gastal has a specialization in psychiatry from the University of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay (1988), a Doctorate in Medicine (Dr. Sc. Med. 1993), from the same university, and a Doctorate in Psychiatry from UNIFESP (PhD. 1995). He is currently Superintendent of New Business at Seguros Unimed, President of the Board of the National Accreditation Organization (ONA), reelected as representative of Unimed do Brasil, and is the academic director of Faculdade Unimed. He has international experience, having visited countries such as Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay, the United States, South Korea and Europe (Portugal, Spain, France and Germany).

Elber Mazaro

Master in Entrepreneurship from FEA-USP, former technology executive and founder of WINTEPE, is a reference in strategic leadership, standing out in mentoring, consulting and as a teacher, to generate the development of professionals and organizations. With over 30 years of experience, he works as a trusted advisor in leadership, marketing, entrepreneurship, technology and careers, dedicating himself to the mission of sharing insights and experiences to enhance results.

Elka Juttel Silva

Senior Manager of Human Resources and Corporate Education at Banco Bradesco S.A. She is currently responsible for Unibrad (Bradesco Corporate University), where she manages multidisciplinary teams in the development of corporate learning solutions. She holds a degree in Technology, an MBA in Business Management with an emphasis on Information Technology and a specialization in Corporate Education, both from FIA. She also holds a PMD (Program Manager Development) certification from ISE-IESE. As head of the Educational Technology team, she developed Banco Bradesco S.A.'s first corporate e-learning program in 1999. As a manager, she was also part of the team responsible for implementing Unibrad in 2013, which was internationally recognized by Global CCU as the “Best Corporate University in the World 2017/2018.”

Fabio Futigami

Partner and Director of CRM and BI at the Group Take 5. He has over 20 years of experience in Retail, Training, LMS, Promotion – Point of Sale, Events and Project Management in Brazil and other Latin American countries, contributing to companies such as Samsung and LG. He holds a degree in Marketing from the Methodist University of São Paulo; an MBA in Project Management from FGV; and an MBA in Corporate and Economic Policy from the University of Chicago. He was a postgraduate professor at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

Fernando Zen

A professional with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, Fernando Zen is a partner and director of the Development/IT and New Business areas at the Group. Take 5. Graduated in Social Communication from the Methodist University of São Paulo (2005) and an MBA in Marketing from FGV, he has been in charge of the classroom as an executive professor at FGV, teaching subjects related to marketing, communication and management.

Marcia Imoto

Psychologist, with emphasis on clinical, hospital, forensic, on-call care and graphology. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from FGV, with specialization in Corporate Education Management from FIA and Business Strategies for the Financial Market from FGV. Senior Corporate Education Analyst at Unibrad, working in the creation of educational strategies for the development of training programs, aiming to enhance the upskilling and re-skilling of Banco Bradesco's staff.

Natalia Chaves Kröhling

PhD candidate in Innovation and Knowledge at PUC-MG (2025), Master in Communication Sciences at USP (2013), graduated in Social Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations at PUC-MG (2002) and MBA in Marketing at IBMEC-MG (2003). With over 24 years of experience in the areas of education, corporate communication, marketing and public relations, she is responsible for the educational area, projects and corporate communication at Faculdade Unimed, where she is also a professor. She researches topics such as Organizational Narratives, Innovation and Knowledge, Communication and Organizational Culture, Strategic Marketing, Identity, Image and Reputation of Brands.

Rose Salvini

CEO and Founder of YouLab, a Professional Development Consulting firm that has been serving companies and professionals interested in growing as managers for over 10 years, developing behavioral skills (soft skills) that help them lead and form teams that are committed and engaged with the demands of the job, prioritizing respect for others; sustainability in the process and creativity in decision-making. She worked for over 20 years in large corporations in the technology segment, expanding her activities in Brazil to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, the USA and France.

Loredana Sarcinella

Executive with over 35 years of experience in multinational companies in the Technology and Consumer Goods sectors, working in the business area as C-Level in Marketing (CMO), Trade Marketing, Sales, Business Unit Management and R&D. Since January 2022, she has been a partner, CCO and Board Member in two Education startups, leading innovation in SaaS platforms and Artificial Intelligence.

Eric Gabriele

Managing Partner of Take 5 Filmes, Érico leads the company's content creation area. He has over 15 years of experience in Trade Marketing, focused on sales and customer service, with emphasis on leading the areas of content creation and development and training methodologies for projects specialized in promotion, sales and customer service for brands such as Samsung and Sony. He has dedicated his entire professional career to the area of ​​people development and training, specializing in corporate training. He is a speaker, graduated in Marketing from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and is truly passionate about technology and how it can help, connect and change people's lives.

Cesar Ripari

Senior Director of Pre-Sales at Qlik for Latin America, leading solution architecture teams in Business Intelligence, Integration, and Data Quality. He is also responsible for regional Data Literacy initiatives, as well as the Qlik Academic Program, enabling access to solutions for universities, professors, researchers, and students. He leads the Data Intelligence and Governance Committee at ABES, promoting discussions and best practices in data analysis with members. He served as CTO at DXC Technology and led service and support areas at Software AG, BMC, and IBM. He holds a degree in Computer Science, a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration, and an MBA in Integrated Business Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Training Coordinator at Electrolux, responsible for the corporate education sector focused on the B2B2C commercial audience.

Felipe Labeca

Managing Partner of Take 5 Lab, the Group's Business Intelligence company Take 5, holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie and an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV. He has over a decade of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), with a career that spans holdings and companies from various sectors, such as Healthcare, Services and Industry. His expertise encompasses Commercial Planning, Trade Marketing and Training. Labeca also brings with him valuable experience in Retail, having worked on global projects with Samsung. In addition, he is known as a passionate enthusiast of technology, sports and motorsports, characteristics that enrich his innovative and strategic approach to the business world.

Luciano Ruggi

Specialist in digital product and project management, with experience in developing online training platforms in Latin America. With a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing, as well as Equity, Accessibility & Inclusion, he creates innovative educational solutions that connect learning and the job market. His focus is on usability, engagement and the real impact that a good platform can generate through training, expanding opportunities for professionals in various sectors. He is also a speaker and influencer on Inclusion of People with Disabilities.

Mariana Massucato

Specialized Marketing Supervisor at Electrolux, responsible for actions with the B2B2C public

Aleks Mosque

CEO and founder of Amar.elo Saúde Mental, a company created in 2020 with the mission of integrating traditional mental health services into the digital world, with a focus on preventing mental illness in the workplace. Before that, he led the Nosso Lar Saúde Mental Group for 16 years, presiding over initiatives focused on specialized care, including outpatient clinics, clinics and psychiatric hospitalization, serving both SUS and Supplementary Health clients. With a degree in Tourism and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from UNIFOR, he combines innovation and management, transforming traditional models into disruptive solutions.

Belen Moreno Garrido

Communication and public relations enthusiast. She holds a PhD in History of Social Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. As a researcher, she disseminates communication theories applied to her areas of work. For the past eight years, she has dedicated her professional life to the marketing and communication of board games and geek culture. She currently manages the sales and marketing department at TCG Factory.

Biasi Date

Graduated in Advertising from ECA-USP, with a master's degree from the University of Toronto (Canada) in the area of ​​Adult Education and Learning in the Job Market. Researcher, speaker and specialist in the topic of the Future of Work and Organizations and curator of trends and innovation with a focus on leadership, work and education. Facilitator trained in several methodologies for working with collaborative processes and self-management. Works in a distributed manner, undertaking various networks and consultancies aimed at transforming organizations to more contemporary management models.

Elaine Resende

Marketing and Communications professional with over 20 years of experience in Brazil and abroad. She holds a degree in Advertising from ECA-USP and a Master's in Business Communications from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has worked in national and multinational companies, communication agencies, startups and consultancies. Elaine is an enthusiast of education as a means to transform people and the world.

Frederico Andrade

Co-founder and CEO of Indigo Hive, a multinational artificial intelligence company that created Cogfy, a tool for creating AI applications already used by some of the largest companies in the world in their operations. With a background in medicine and diverse experience as a developer and designer, Frederico combines science and technology with a disruptive business vision. In addition to his work at Indigo Hive, he co-founded Casa Cuidar, a network of clinics dedicated to providing specialized care to neurodivergent people, promoting a new standard of accessibility and quality in healthcare.

Gustavo G. Boog

Mentor, coach, writer and consultant. Founder and Director of Boog Consultoria. He is a Production Engineer (POLITÉCNICA/USP), has a Master's in Business Administration in Theory and Organizational Behavior (EAESP/FGV) and is currently in his 5th year of Psychology (UNIP/SP). He specializes in Mentoring and Systemic Coaching. He leads development projects so that the potential of each organization and each person is realized, whether they are young, adults or elderly. He is the author of more than 25 books and e-books.

Lorena Soares

CRP 11/1740 | Psychologist, executive educator, speaker, Co-founder and CPO of Amar.elo Saúde Mental, has over 25 years of experience working directly in the area of ​​occupational psychology. With an emphasis on emotional sustainability in organizations, working with themes focused on psychological safety and stress management. Her professional career includes experience as a manager, both in the public and private sectors, in addition to working as a clinical psychologist.
